Let’s talk about this role

This team provides finance support to the International Students Team through the creation of invoices, collection, processing of premium revenue and producing accurate and timely commission payments.

As the Premium Revenue Coordinator, you will:

  • Manage client’s accounts including arrears, allocations and financial changes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex inquiries involving end to end investigation of policy financial history and provide feedback where required
  • Facilitate continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process changes, including testing new systems and providing feedback
  • Produce, review and action financial and compliance reports within deadlines
  • Provide support to frontline specialists for policy queries and operational processes
  • Perform Quality Assurance checks on work completed by peers

This position requires a meticulous and detail-oriented professional who excels in delivering accurate, high-quality work. In this role, your high attention to detail will ensure that every task is completed with precision and thoroughness.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you will engage with various stakeholders, clearly convey ideas, and contribute to collaborative efforts.

Furthermore, we’re looking for:

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite
  • Capable of maintaining accuracy whist working to deadlines
  • Previous experience in finance and/or banking (preferred)
  • Experience in reconciling bank statements and clients accounts (preferred)
  • Experience in invoicing and arrears management (preferred)
