This role involves engaging with new and existing clients to present innovative and flexible offshoring solutions. The primary responsibility will be driving business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities, guiding potential clients through the sales process, and fostering enduring client relationships.

With a proven track record in business development or sales, especially in the BPO /Staff Augmentation sector, you are results-driven and committed to exceeding targets. Your analytical abilities and CRM expertise ensure effective challenge-solving and precise client management. While experience in business services or contact centers is a plus, your ability to drive results sets you apart.
