We are currently looking for passionate Customer Service Championsto join our growing team in our fast paced contact centre located in the Melbourne CBD! Here’s the good info you want to know...
- Permanent full time role - 38hrs per week
- Hourly rate & incentives
- Must be able to work Monday - Friday on a rotating roster between the hours of 8am - 8pm (Weekend hours may be required as per client needs)
- Penalty rates for any weekend work completed and anytime after 7pm

Please note, this is an Australian based role and due to the nature of our client, to be eligible you must:
- Hold current Australian Citizenship,
- Be willing and eligible to obtain a security clearance to the level applicable (this is at no cost to you), and
- Have lived in Australia for the last 5 consecutive years (a 5-year footprint)
